a 30-day self-guided breathwork experience designed to transform feelings of overwhelm, anxiousness, and being "stuck," into feeling grounded, confident, and resilient. includes: daily guided audios, weekly live sessions, and 1:1 support. this program makes breathwork simple, accessible, and life-changing. beginner and intermediate levels available.
