jennevive is a certified trauma-informed breathwork instructor living in the pacific northwest. her background in music, dance + entertainment is woven into her creations; combining rhythmic, energetic and fun experiences with compassionate, thoughtful guidance.

in addition to hosting weekly live sessions, jennevive provides consistent support to each individual in both private trainings and programs. she shares her unique perspectives on: self-awareness, finding balance, moving through hardships, facing fears, goal-setting, spirituality, intuition + more.
